Pros

- The patients are incredible and the opportunity to see a regular panel of patients is really rewarding. Providers are able to form close relationships with patients and it does improve the care provided. - Schedule is flexible

Cons

- Significant recent pay cut with a seeming lack of concern by upper level management (most of whom are company owners). I made significantly more as an RN, and unfortunately spend the majority of my time off addressing needs from facilities/patients. - No opportunity for pay increase -Work-life balance has completely disintegrated- all with significantly lower pay - Complete lack of organization in terms of basic office management. No one has clear roles/responsibilities within the office, which means that no one can be held accountable- but the provider is generally the one who has to take the blame - Part- time providers have no benefits - New CEO is "a visionary" who has big ideas (which are not poor ideas)- but instead of focusing on fixing the problems within the company that impair our ability to provide even basic level of care efficiently, he sends emails that are really just vague emotional ramblings and provide absolutely no direction or sense of purpose. - If you are someone who enjoys stability, predictability, efficient systems, clear expectations and anticipates being paid at the market rate- this is not the job for you. However, if you are someone who thrives in the nebulous world of "ideas" and "vision" and "love", you probably will not be as unhappy as many of the providers currently are. - At this point, any constructive criticism is essentially viewed as not being a team player. Upper level management does not seem to possess the emotional maturity to recognize that negative feedback is essential for improving companies and maintaining growth. They begged all of us to come on this site and improve the reviews- all without taking into account that they have consistently and repeatedly brushed off everyone's honest and insightful feedback. There's a massive disconnect between upper level management and boots on the ground providers, and I will be shocked if the company can survive the coming level of turnover.

Thank you for providing very candid feedback about your experience at Eventus. We want you to know that we hear you and also that every review is read and responded to. We resonate with your perspective on the necessity of feedback, both constructive and positive, in order to improve processes and to make Eventus a better company. Change takes time and there has been a lot of change in the recent months that will have long term impact on the success of the company in a strong way. We are working behind the scenes to truly improve processes for providers so they are supported more fully in the field. This will also improve with accountability in and out of the office that you mentioned. We are working to create a culture of high accountability and high touch for our patients and providers which we believe is supported fully by our new compensation model that has the potential to meet all individual income goals. We do know that everything is not perfect at Eventus but we are working as a team to make Eventus great, we thank you for your part in helping to do that. Should you wish to discuss further the feedback you've given here as an effort to improve Eventus, please feel free to reach out to the Training & Clinical Education team or HR.

Pros

The only pearl to this company is flexibility that’s the only reason people stay.

Cons

Poor benefits, low salary, no CME, no bonus potential, micromanaging punitive actions Management has no involvement or concern for employee retention There is NO work life balance, the current model for provider and medical assistant help does not work, providers role is now secretarial, and patient care along with ridiculous amount of extra paperwork. Many providers work until midnight and weekends, providers that don’t have inadequate documentation.
