I can’t think of a pro for working here

Cons

Lots of unfulfilled promises at hire date. Little to no training. Understaffed support staff. Tenured employees are territorial and political. MDs don’t back their NP providers when questioned by facilities. Nurse staff at facilities are woefully understaffed and lack knowledge leading to dangerous environment for patients. Unreachable bonus structure.

Micro-management to extreme. They dont care about the concerns of their employees in the field as much as they do trying to grow the company. They over work you and have un ethical expectations

Was fired in February it was told to me that by the MA Director "it's because there are facilities in your region that are pulling there contract". When I asked how is it my fault they didn't provide a clear reason. Which is overall disheartening because I enjoyed to working for eventus. But they used me as long a they needed me then fired me.
