      Flexible schedule, fast paced environment, learning opportunities, independence in the field, busy environment, networking opportunities, many locations to work from, listen to employee feedback

      Cons

      Poor communication from management, constant changes to schedule/assigned facilities/providers, assigned duties can be overwhelming, needs improvement in training procedures, not transparent with employees for facility related changes, not a lot of supervision for standard of care

      Pros

      own schedule, new situations everyday, $5000 sign on bonus, not a lot of SI or attempts, work independently

      Cons

      Company communications are limited due to some transitions so being a self starter is beneficial, you might be asked to travel a little farther out for a facility, I now get compensation for facilities 1 hour away, but some psychotherapists stay local, or there is telehealth, there are free live learnings., they are not a corporate monster but each person at manager level and above is super nice and open. Can't say enough good things.
