Thank you for providing very candid feedback about your experience at Eventus. We want you to know that we hear you and also that every review is read and responded to. We resonate with your perspective about the many changes that have occurred recently, especially as our Medical Assistant population has shifted from being remote to in the field once again post Covid-19. Change takes time and there has been a lot of change in the recent months that will have long term impact on the success of the company in a strong way. We are working behind the scenes to truly improve processes for everyone, especially those who have been with the company for as long as your tenure. We truly are thankful of your continued time and service to Eventus. As a reminder, Eventus has a very strong and enforced no retaliation policy that is supported by our Chief Compliance Officer. If you feel that your ability to speak freely about improvement efforts has been infringed upon, please contact them immediately. Our managers and HR department take great care in providing compensation strategies that align with market trends, research, and rates comparable to our competitors as well as considering individual income goals. If you feel that this has not been the case, we advise reaching out directly to your manager and HR.
