3yThank you for sharing very thorough and candid feedback. We really do appreciate and value your thoughts. We've shared your feelings about the PTO process change with HR. We also encourage you to reach out to them to express your concerns more fully. We want to be able to provide all employees with the opportunity to balance work and life in the best way that fits their needs. We are excited to share that our training program has been built out to be a very robust and supportive process that lasts over 90 days. We are very proud of the strides we have made in that area and have seen it allow for more supported and confident new hires.
