Pros

Flexible schedule. Some MAs nice to work with.

Cons

RCL and supervising physicians allows facilities to mistreat employees. RCL constantly look at the negative. You will be working long, long hours when you get home to finish documentation. At the end, I don’t think the flexible schedule is worth it due to the magnitude of work you will be doing home. Very hard to please facilities. They would replace you in a second so they don’t lose a contract. I don’t recommend working for this company unless you can’t find anything else or you are desperate, this was my case, and left me a very bad experience. Also, they don’t send clear instructions on most things, bad miscommunication. I think they try, but this is just a lot of hustle for the amount of work and little money you make.

Pros

From the very beginning upper management has been so supportive. Everyday I look forward to driving into office and giving 110% because it's given right back to me. If I ever doubt something, my peers are always willing to double and triple check things for me. It feels like family just virtually most of the time. I am forever grateful for this opportunity.

Cons

A lot of my team is far away. I live in Raleigh and drive to the office in ChapHill so I don't really get the coworker experience and communication with peers can be difficult at times, especially when personalities don't mesh well in the online community....

Pros

Self scheduling, flexible, enjoyed meeting patients in senior living

Cons

Pay based on productivity, patient visits which are not always in your control. Patient may refuse the visit, be asleep, etc.
