Pros
C3 is indeed like no any other company! The organization has an amazing strong culture for a business that is rising as quickly as possible! Learning and growth are up for grab with C3 because you will get to work with various assignments, meet new people and speaking of people - teamwork regardless of nationality and location [wherever in the world you may be] is critical, encouraged and inspiring when starting new projects up to the end. I am not saying that life is perfect here but you will get through everything at the end of the day saying, “it’s worth it”. I said so because the idea of independence and freedom are still there [only ensure that you do not break any of the rules just like in any other organizations] and you will end up with a smile. We also set clear goals in every project, a clear and possible path to achieve them. The overall work/life balance is delightful and Indeed goes out of its way to ensure you stay balanced. I have become a FAN! This is a one good organization I could definitely recommend to everyone whatever career level you may be.
Cons
Once an irregular employee was promoted to a regular status, he is required to enroll one of his immediate family members to HMO. ONLY if that family member is not overaged. For a parent should not exceed 65 years and for a sibling should not exceed 18 years old. But in my case all my possible dependents were overaged. Too bad. What I was trying to mean was that – hope that the management could perhaps do some adjustments so that employee could still enroll one of his immediate family members – an over 65 year old parent or a PWD sibling so that employee could really enjoy and give more of his hard work for C3.
