Horrible. They don't take care of their employees at all. For all the work you do with health insurance and all the responsibility you are accounted for you would think the training would be decent and the pay a whole lot better, but what ends up happening is the company's that they have contracts with (which are big know healthcare companies) pay $25-$30 an hour for each employee you end up getting paid $10-$13 an hour and they pocket the rest and treat you and look at you like you have a disease and then you end up getting fired on your day off for being sick even when you follow protocol, use the call out line have a confirmation# and find out you're fired for a no call no show. To top it off you can never get in contact with HR and once they fire you (which I was fired right before the pandemic) they fire you through email or voicemail, they keep you in an active status in their system so you don't get unemployment and they benefit from it.

No matter how hard you work, doing everything you are told, even being #1 team lead several months over 6 years (8 total employed) they will let you go with no other reason and won't even put you in another department. Then tell you "don't file for unemployment" My boss called me immediately after them letting me go to apologize and say she had no idea this was happening. I was 6 months pregnant at the time as well. I used to love working for this company when it was ran by C3 but when taken over by Everise, it steadily went down hill.
