Pros
Work From Home, occasional VTO.
Cons
I worked here for 8 months and ultimately had to quit due to the development of severe anxiety, mainly caused by this job. I busted my tail on phones for months and did my best to help my teammates, but I was never offered a raise or promotion, even after having the highest QA in one of the two LOB's I worked. I also helped with some short trainings at one point when CNC and CCP were short staffed on trainers and I enjoyed that very much. Unfortunately, I was promptly tossed back on phones and hardly acknowledged after that. Overall I feel hurt and feel like I was just seen as a grunt worker despite doing everything I could to show and increase my value. Aside from the negatives, my first supervisor was awesome and all the trainers I got to learn under and work with were amazing as well. This could be a good company if they actually were PEOPLE (not client) first.
