There are many LOB's in the business that you can go to if your position is cut off or you are removed.

Micromanagement. Zero raises (only option is to switch positions). Pay is not guaranteed (moving between LOB does not mean your initial pay will increase. Unless you are going into management, it often times lowers.) No advancement opportunities (they say there is and then string you along for months.) No flexibility. IF you're an overachiever, you'll get more work and 0 raises. There is 0 incentives. Holidays are NOT PAID. Management will also spam you on days off to get you online.
