Silos are everywhere with no common goal across the enterprise. No overtime for storm response which seems to be every week in operations so plan on working 60 hours a week plus. Absolutely horrible quality of life. Forget having time with your family if you're in operations. No ownership from executives, they push the program Extreme Ownership, but when things go wrong guess who pays, not them, the front line workers. They claim diversity and inclusion yet only hire old white men from Boston to run things in operations which leads to more of the same in all three of its states.
