I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience. I’m incredibly proud of the work we do every day, this is hands down the best team I’ve ever worked with. Building a technology startup, especially one heavily AI based is like building an airplane that is rolling down the runway and you need to quickly design the wings, engines, controls and instruments, manufacture them and attach them and generate lift before you crash into the trees at the other end of the runway. Mistakes happen, but we do our best every day and remain laser focused on the mission. I'll talk a little bit about our technology. We use deep learning and at the core there is recurrent deep neural net. One of the big challenges was building the time series encoder which must represent not just structured data, but messy unstructured medical notes histories from complex raw insurance carrier databases. It's been a really fun, challenging first principles problem and we still make material improvements to P/R every month. I appreciate your comments around us offering top of market compensation. It is important to us to compensate our people well. We’ve invested a lot into comp, benefits as well as clarity on career advancement. If there's more you'd like to share I'm open to talk and you know how to reach me.
