Karan (VP) is very in tune and compassionate towards the individual needs of each engineer resources. clear career path defined since day 1, every meeting with your manager will focus on what you need to do to get to your next promotion -- that's amazing! smart people to work with, you'll constantly be learning new things!

hard to say, maybe for those who arent looking for a fast paced start up.
