We also had the opportunity to participate in new hire meet and greets with leaders across the organization, and what continues to stand out to me is the level of transparency, authenticity, and humanness every leader at Expel brings.

The success of current AEs at Expel is super inspiring, which sets a high bar and everyone is very driven, so it can take a bit of time a to fully ramp and feel confident in your role initially. It also takes time to build key relationships and earn trust with partners and customers, so consistent presence, early territory engagement, and ongoing relationship building are critical to long term success.
