Amazing company! - Store Manager Extra Space Storage Employee Review

Team moral, hours, pay scale, room for growth, retail like work w/o retail hours, no nights, company appreciation, care for employees family, PTO. The company is genuinely great to work for. I have no complaints other than the one listed below, and thats more of an opinion than a complaint. This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. They appreciate their employees and understand we have families. The fact that we have Sundays off is amazing. We have great team moral, and enjoy working with each other. Atleast in my district. There is room for advancement as well. They dont immediately hire an outsider for a position someone in the company is qualified for.
