Pros
At the national level I was pleased. Good communication, lots of ways to give feed back.
Cons
The local district I wasn’t in was poorly managed. Lots of talented and knowledgeable tenured workers constantly over looked for new employees who often didn’t meet requirements for advancement. Overall the company keeps adding work at cutting staffing. The pay isn’t equal to the work being done in some cases. You can ask for help but you aren’t going to get it unless you are a favorite or work at a big store. Hours based on total units not actual amount of work you need to do.
