Pros
Work life balance - You only work during store hours so you are able to be home at a decent hour you get the important holidays off and Sundays to spend with your family. independence - They trust you to do your job and be your own person. the upper management isn't consistently behind your back micromanaging you. They keep their eye on you from a distance and then step in every so often to make sure everything is going good and you don't need assistance with anything Training - It is easy (for the most part) to get help or training on anything you may have questions about.
Cons
Pay - Where as the pay is (somewhat) competitive it is not the best, especially with all the inflation that is obviously not going anywhere it is getting tough having to live so tightly paycheck to paycheck. If I didn't have a roommate I wouldn't be surviving right now.
