Woke company culture, you need to learn corpospeak to work in the field, no individuality even though company culture claims to celebrate it, you must he inclusive to the company but they don't have to be inclusive to you, cannot handle every day speech, very immoral, bait and switch business model, demands you take ownership of rate increases to protect the company even though you can't stop them from happening, will destroy your local reputation.
