Cons
**The Raises should be on Dollar scale vs Cents. **Insurance should be affordable and should have more coverage to it. **My pay is ridiculously low to the amount of work I actually do. My DM'S have been very interactive but don't like the sneakiness that comes with them. And when you go to them about raises and money they laugh it off, but say keep up the great work though! ** They say you can go up but higher up's like to kick you back down. Its very sad when you have better numbers then your Manager but you still are not recognized. **Policies are constantly changing, as well as job description. **Wish they actually listened to our opinions vs only worry about red and green spread sheets. **Not allowed to have Overtime. **Incentive for Assistants SUCK!!
