Pros

Interesting work in the Halloween industry Experience working with major, well-known licensors

Cons

The company is very profit-driven and doesn't value the people who actually help drive the profit. The benefits are expensive and don't cover a lot. The pay is below standard for many locations. When people leave, the roles and workload don't get re-evaluated, they just get redistributed to the people who are left. Open door policy is nonexistent, if you go over someone's head because you aren't being heard, you are punished and made to feel bad about doing so.

Pros

Literally absolutely nothing at all.

Cons

1. Rat infested offices, in all locations. 2. Extremely underpaid. Like EXTREME. 3. No bonuses and barely any raises. 4. Selfish CEO who only cares about his virgin island vacation home that he rents out for $8000 a night. 5. Single stall bathroom for an entire office. Bathroom is also located INSIDE the one and only conference room, AND the bathroom vents into the open desk space. 6. Management shows up out of no where and switches all employees to hourly pay instead of salary because the pay is SO LOW that by law, employees must be hourly at that rate. 7. Extreme unprofessionalism. You can find more professional kids at a daycare than at FUN.com. 8. Bipolar management. 9. Will have to work in office through construction: including gluing down carpets, removing the one and only bathroom door to paint it, chainsaws going through the walls behind you, etc. 10. Will have to beg for a new office chair when your 20 year old chair falls apart weekly. 11. Cuts 401K and HSA employer contributions because the company has been on a huge downward spiral after spending 3 MILLION on a THIRD domain name. 12. Management acts like this is the most relevant, well known company to ever exist, when in reality who has ever heard of FUN.com? If it was possible to rate FUN.com NEGATIVE 1000000000000000 stars, I would.
