      Pros

      Great environment, free breakfasts on a Thursday and free drinks and snacks. Flexibility with the hours that I work, you are trusted to do your work and not micro managed. Lots of work has been done to improve collaboration and communication. Employees are involved in making decisions and feedback is always sought. Really generous with training, loads of opportunities to go on conferences, books are bought for you, we have 10% development time and hackathons.

      Nowhere is perfect but it's up to us to help to fix the problems and they let you do it at FanDuel.

      Toxic working environment Poor leadership Disrespectful culture No career progression Heavy Politics There was always an arrogant approach by leadership as if you should kiss their feet for being employed by the almighty Fanduel. Someone should remind them that every dollar they earn is off the backs of suckers with massive gambling addictions.
