Pros
I absolutely love working at FanDuel. Its an extremely comfortable environment with a staff of people that are more genuine than anyone I have worked with in the past 20 years. Its a startup feel(with success) where everyone is focused on our common goals because if the company wins, we all win. That's hard to find these days. I feel like I'm part of a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Cons
There are definitely growing pains like with any growing company but I really feel like I am a significant part of the change. I have never felt like this before.
