Pros

Decent benefits, opportunities for growth and leadership, interesting work. During normal times people really seemed to love their jobs.

Cons

The primary form of communication is gossip, because management refuses to acknowledge that it's a small company that needs to keep employees in-the-know. Way too reliant on investors for leadership and decision-making. No CEO at the moment, which has led to some disorganized direction. Other benefits are good but maternity/paternity leave are behind most of the KC metro. While I loved my time at FanThreeSixty, the way they treated employees during COVID-19 is a huge indicator of what's actually important. They told us for months that things were ok, only to lay off half the staff on a Zoom call that was supposed to be our normal all-company meeting. Left employees with few options and destroyed the company culture all in about five minutes.
