Coworkers are awesome, teams are flexible and understanding

Cons

Growth pains, people get lost in the management reshuffling. Culture preaching gets a little exhausting because it's modeled among the workers but not the executive management, so it comes off just as a marketing tool for them

Remote, work life balance is good

Cons

Poor leadership, rotating. Unclear roadmap for future. Company had really gone downhill in last 2 years. No raises or promotions and they lowered pay scales. Used to have great workplace culture but it’s nonexistent now.
