We've actually since added a parental leave (up to six weeks of fully paid parental leave for the birth, adoption, or foster placement of a child/children), but still working on the rest! And yes, government contracting is a challenging industry but is also really fulfilling when we can help the government improve for its residents. Thanks for being on the team!

Remote, work life balance is good

Cons

Poor leadership, rotating. Unclear roadmap for future. Company had really gone downhill in last 2 years. No raises or promotions and they lowered pay scales. Used to have great workplace culture but it’s nonexistent now.
