Pros

Great people in the lower ranks and a nice office with lots of remote opportunities. Very competitive benefits.

Cons

Poorly organized management, growing too fast, employees are often forced to work consultant-style on teams entirely comprised of customer organizations. Culture might be too positive and cheerful for some. Only give 15 days of PTO per year.

Remote, work life balance is good

Cons

Poor leadership, rotating. Unclear roadmap for future. Company had really gone downhill in last 2 years. No raises or promotions and they lowered pay scales. Used to have great workplace culture but it’s nonexistent now.
