Improved communication - which is typical in all companies. It is better here than my previous companies. Construction industry - it is a different environment than standard office jobs as work revolves around the customers' project deadlines. You get used to it and start to enjoy the fast pace environment.

Decent pay but not worth the headaches and stress at that place!

401K match only gets distributed ONCE PER YEAR. So owners making money on those dollars before he distributed to the employees. Distribution should be on every pay check just like your contributions! Management is not employee focused. Too many companies within the Mosaic/Sentinel umbrella so zero companies improve — too much on their plate! They don’t listen. Worst management I have ever experienced!
