Pros

Solid Engineering team to work with.

Cons

Management treats their employees very poorly and there is definitely some ethical issues. You have to watch your paycheck. There is no true HR to go to with issues, so if you have an issue it rarely gets solved.

Pros

Decent pay but not worth the headaches and stress at that place!

Cons

401K match only gets distributed ONCE PER YEAR. So owners making money on those dollars before he distributed to the employees. Distribution should be on every pay check just like your contributions! Management is not employee focused. Too many companies within the Mosaic/Sentinel umbrella so zero companies improve — too much on their plate! They don’t listen. Worst management I have ever experienced!
