      Great people to work with when they are below management level.

      Cons

      Be careful, just a couple of small mistakes and you are done, they say they want to work with you but once you have that red mark, best to get resume updated. The amount of time you have been there and what you have to offer doesn’t matter at that point.

      Lots of baby boomers who don’t want to change work processes to enhance results, but they mean well :)
