It isn’t just "corporate speak"—the First Command family is genuinely enthusiastic about what they do and focused on doing it with the highest level of professionalism while keeping it down to earth and humble. The work environment is excellent, striking a perfect balance between being high-achieving and deeply supportive. If you are looking for a workplace that values transparency and offers a truly great culture, I can’t recommend First Command enough. It has been the perfect place to start my American professional journey. It might even be where I end my professional journey.
