While there are growth opportunities, internal promotions and long-tenure causes employees to fall significantly behind the market in compensation as compared to more recent hires.
The forced increase in the number of in-office days has caused significant stress without the promised benefit, especially for those with long commutes. I truly believe that there has been a decrease in productivity since the return to office due to the emotional and mental toll of the in-office environment.
The company regularly says that they are going to focus on main priorities and not try to do "everything at once", but then they continue to pressure for "everything at once". This runs employees into the ground and contributes to burn-out.
