      It's an easy job for a college student, you make pretty decent pay, they work with your schedule, and you can advance pretty quick.

      Cons

      The sales goals will really dampen your attitude, if you don't strive for your goal then you could hurt your performance.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
