the manager at the time was a great person, but she had to constantly go out of her way to look out for the staff from management encouraging us to do exactly what wells fargo is now in trouble for with multiple accounts
Cons
if you didn't make your quota for the month even by one account you would lose all of the incentives you had already earned. long hours with very little return. would sometimes have to stay hours after closing because management didn't think we had opened enough accounts that day. sick days were almost nonexistent for anyone outside of management. worked almost all holidays.
