Pros

Experience as a teller, personal banker, vault, ATM and Coin machine responsibility, lots of physical activity..keeps the energy going..and opportunity to be promoted into a management style that focuses primarily on accounts opened and not accounts saved.

Cons

Long hours, expected to come in on vacation or personal days to reach branch sales goal, high turnover rate makes regular customers frustrated and adds onto work load

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
