The company has so much energy bc it's sucking the life out of the employees. Literally-as BM you will have NO life. They expect you to stress, even if your RC is performing well (the goals are seriously too high) Nothing is ever good enough for upper management, and as BM, you have to convey that and keep a staff. What others have said about favoritism and promotions-all true. Kissing butt gets folks far here. Bringing up concerns to build a better workplace-not so much.
