Pros

FCB has room for advancement, as they almost entirely promote within. If you are dedicated you can go from new employee to supervisor in less than 2 years.

Cons

Hours are not great, If you have an unfair manager you can be caught working every weekend. Managers promote what I would consider unethical sales practices. If you do not meet your sales goal one month you will feel as if your job is on the line, despite the fact that I've never seen anyone lose their job for not meeting their sales goal. When I left there were a lot of changes around incentive which I felt further promoted unethical sales practices while at the same time reducing employee benefits. Overall I think this bank does not value its customers enough to have long term success.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
