      Pros

      The only pro I would say is that the company will basically hire anyone since it seems like there is a high turnover. As long as you're 18 with GED or high school diploma and cash handling experience, you'll qualify. If you meet and surpass your sales goal you will do great regardless. Worked

      Cons

      The company is purely concerned on your sales. You will constantly be scrutinized by management to open new accounts. Favoritism. Favoritism. Favoritism.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
