      Pros

      I left as a senior personal banker and was there about 3 years. I was top sales person of the quarter and month and still didn't get to be a supervisor. The only pro is that you didn't need to have experience. I was working at Walmart and then got hired from there.

      Cons

      The starting pay for me for a pb1 was $11hr and I ended at 12.50 hr. You won't learn anything about being a real banker here or even finance. It's all stress and sales.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.

      Most recent branch management was less than encouraging.
