Pros
The incentive aka “3 week check” was very helpful and made the job less stressful. The coworkers and boss I had was actually a team and pushed one another.
Cons
The account goals per month made the job more than what it should’ve been. Being forced to approach Walmart and kroger customers caused issues if an employee didn’t know to take no for an answer. I heard they don’t push the account goals anymore though.
