Pros

Sales incentives are good if you are an assistant manager and branch makes sales goal. Most branches are in retail locations which makes the work day fly. You get valuable experience especially if you want to stay in finance or banking.

Cons

They promote for reasons other than performing well and being dependable. A lot of management have little to no people skills and are downright rude. Sales meetings and company events have a cult like atmosphere. Too much brown nosing for my taste. Pay is low for all that is expected. When it is short staffed at the branches which is often, they do not hold the salaried employees accountable for having to work. This in turn makes longer work days and weeks for the hourly employees.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
