      Pros

      Professional and well mannerism within co workers.

      Cons

      Customer service does not matter, only thing seems matter if an account was opened. Every day. Pay is inadequate, and if your branch doesn’t meet the monthly goals, that incentive becomes a joke. Co workers will say they do the sales just to get promoted, when they slack off and look for ways avoid task.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
