      Pros

      Interaction with many clients. Can promote yourself fast. If you don'y mind traveling to different branches to help out, you can learn different client financial situations and how you can provide services to them.

      Cons

      usually low pay. No traditional bank hours. Bank only closes three days out the year. You will work Saturday and Sunday. Once you reach branch manager there is a celling unless you don't mind stay for additional years.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
