Trains on all new information as it comes in whether you are taking a CBT or going to training in a class. FNBT strives to keep you in the loop. Information is also available on their intranet. Cons
Some stores are very busy with customers all the time which doesn't allow for time to check over your operations. Sometimes you get so tied up in sales that the other part of banking gets lost in time and you end up getting backed up.
