      Pros

      You dnt have to have any experience to become a personal banker.

      Cons

      They are open 7 days a week and all holidays. So be prepared to work. They have very intense sales goals and you are required to stand outside the branch to bring in new customers as well as sale to shopping Walmart customers in the isles.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
