Pros
There is definitely a culture of a family-like environment and they do try to have fun.
Cons
Pay is TERRIBLY low for the position and hours people are working. You are expected to wear five different hats and are not compensated nearly enough for it. Seven day bank schedule is a huge turn off, especially when pay is low and scheduling is not consistent. They also do not care about physical or mental disabilities and the need for down time. I was forced to work through a panic attack and was then berated by my BM afterwards. Very gimicky and sleezy when it comes to sales. Do not value current customer relationships, only creating new ones, regardless of whether or not they last more than 90 days. Anything to hit monthly numbers. Operations are a joke. They are super tight in things that don't matter, but lax in the places that should have tighter security. Training for their standards is also ridiculously limited and then you are crucified when you mess up when audit comes to visit. Overall, don't waste your time if you are a veteran banker. Good for getting your foot in the door in the industry, but that's about it.
