Pros

You and your coworkers become close over trauma bonding

Cons

Management is awful and turnover is high. They are continuously understaffed and others have to work OT to stay afloat. This leads to extreme burnout mixed with a toxic environment.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
