Interesting but stressful - Personal Banker II First National Bank Texas Employee Review

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.

Wonderful co-workers, customers, and very helpful HQ staff members.

Most recent branch management was less than encouraging.
