      Pros

      An incentive check is received every month. A lot of opportunity is available for those who put forth effort.

      Cons

      The job at times can be unprofessional. Also since there are fast promotions a lot of time you will be on the phone looking for answers versus asking management. It is very high sales.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
