      Job has great flexibility. Family culture environment. High focus on rewards for achieving daily commitments. Large amount of opportunity for growth from PB to BM level.

      Cons

      No guidelines for growth at BM level. No opportunity for pay increase, but duties and responsibilities are continuously added.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
