Lacking Quality Employees at Key Positions - Assistant First National Bank Texas Employee Review

Pros

This company has high turnover allowing individuals to advance easily. No education higher than a high school diploma needed to be promoted into upper management. Direct interaction with clients on a daily basis. It's easy to stay fit with the amount of walking you do each shift.

Cons

Initial training and customer service take a back seat to account production. Company culture doesn't align with it's mission statement. Salaries aren't industry competitive. Working past scheduled shifts often can make it a challenge for students.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
